TD Investment Funding, Inc. was formed and organized as a California Corporation in 2005 as a boutique firm under the guidance of experienced real estate and trust deeds investors who at that time had over 30 years of experience.

As actual full time trust deed investors ourselves we understand all the nuances, risks and rewards of trust deed investing. We are not just Realtors or mortgage brokers doing this part time. While we have to understand real estate and finance we also have to know and understand the laws and their practical application and compliance issues regarding property valuation, loan origination, construction, land use, title issues, foreclosure, bankruptcy, fair debt and collections, RESPA, HOEPA, and TILA just to name a few.
